Mass Shootings are caused by Repressed Anger and Not by Mental Illness

People everywhere are walking around with time bombs in their minds that can go off at anytime anywhere.

I’m so tired of listening to all the talking heads blaming mass shootings on mental illness. The shooters were not mentally ill; they were driven by the repressed emotions of the child they once were to hurt themselves and others.  I’m all for gun control, but all it prevents is the number of people they hurt at one time, and they will still go on hurting others on a smaller scale. Even if they only hurt one person or an animal at a time, it’s still bad. Why do we only pay attention when there is a mass shooting?! Society needs to ask why young men are so angry, where this anger comes from, and why?!

Anger is not a dangerous emotion; it only becomes dangerous when it’s repressed and directed at scapegoats. The words written below by Alice Miller in her article What is Hatred? So true:

“We tend to associate the word hatred with the notion of a dangerous curse we need to free ourselves of as quickly as we can. An opinion also frequently voiced is that hatred poisons our very being and makes it all but impossible to heal the injuries stemming from our childhood. I take a very different view of this matter, and this has led to frequent misunderstandings. Accordingly, my attempts to cast light on the phenomenon of hatred and to subject the concept to more searching scrutiny have not yet been very successful.
I too believe that hatred can poison the organism, but only as long as it is unconscious and directed vicariously at substitute figures or scapegoats. When that happens, hatred cannot be resolved. Suppose, for example, that I hate a specific ethnic group but have never allowed myself to realize how my parents treated me when I was a child, how they left me crying for hours in my cot when I was a baby, how they never gave me so much as a loving glance. If that is the case, then I will suffer from a latent form of hatred that can pursue me throughout my whole life and cause all kinds of physical symptoms. But if I know what my parents did to me in their ignorance and have a conscious awareness of my indignation at their behavior, then I have no need to re-direct my hatred at other persons. In the course of time, my hatred for my parents may weaken, or it may resolve itself temporarily, only to flare up again as a result of events in the present or new memories. But I know what this hatred is all about. Thanks to the feelings I have actively experienced, I now know myself well enough, AND I HAVE NO COMPULSION TO KILL OR HARM ANYONE BECAUSE OF MY FEELINGS OF HATRED.

We frequently meet people who are grateful to their parents for the beatings they received when they were little, or who assert that they have long since forgotten the sexual molestation they suffered at their hands. They say that in prayer they have forgiven their parents for their "sins." But at the same time, they feel a compulsion to resort to physical violence in the upbringing of their children and/or to interfere with them sexually. Every pedophile openly displays his "love" of children and has no idea that deep down he is avenging himself for the things done to him as a child. Though he is not consciously aware of this hatred, he is still subject to its dictates.

Such LATENT hatred is indeed dangerous and difficult to resolve because it is not directed at the person who has caused it but at substitute figures. Cemented in different kinds of perversion, it can sustain itself for life and represents a serious threat, not only to the environment of the person harboring it, but also to that person him/herself.

CONSCIOUS, REACTIVE hatred is different. Like any other feeling, this can recede and fade away once we have lived it through. If our parents have treated us badly, possibly even sadistically, and we are able to face up to the fact, then, of course, we will experience feelings of hatred. As I have said, such feelings may weaken or fade away altogether in the course of time, though this never happens from one day to the next. The full extent of the mistreatment inflicted upon a child cannot be dealt with all at once. Coming to terms with it is an extended process in which aspects of the mistreatment are allowed into our consciousness one after the other, thus rekindling the feeling of hatred. But in such cases, hatred is not dangerous. It is a logical consequence of what happened to us, a consequence only fully perceived by the adult, whereas the child was forced to tolerate it in silence for years.

Alongside reactive hatred of the parents and latent hatred deflected onto scapegoats, there is also the justified hatred for a person tormenting us in the present, either physically or mentally, a person we are at the mercy of and either cannot free ourselves of, or at least believe that we cannot. As long as we are in such a state of dependency, or think we are, then hatred is the inevitable outcome. It is hardly conceivable that a person being tortured will not feel hatred for the torturer. If we deny ourselves this feeling, we will suffer from physical symptoms. The biographies of Christian martyrs are full of descriptions of the dreadful ailments they suffered from, and a significant portion of them are skin diseases. This is how the body defends itself against self-betrayal. These "saints" were enjoined to forgive their tormentors, to "turn the other cheek," but their inflamed skin was a clear indication of the extreme anger and resentment they were suppressing.

Once such victims have managed to free themselves from the power of their tormentors, they will not have to live with this hatred day in, day out. Of course, the memories of their impotence and the horrors they went through may well up again on occasion. But it is probable that the intensity of their hatred will be tempered as time goes on. (I have discussed this aspect in more detail in my recent book "Our Body Never Lies - The Lingering Effects of Cruel Parenting", Norton, New York).

Hatred is only a feeling, albeit a very strong and assertive one. Like any other feeling, it is a sign of our vitality. So if we try to suppress it, there will be a price to pay. Hatred tries to tell us something about the injuries we have been subjected to, and also about ourselves, our values, our specific sensitivity. We must learn to pay heed to it and understand the message it conveys. If we can do that, we no longer need to fear hatred. If we hate hypocrisy, insincerity, and mendacity, then we grant ourselves the right to fight them wherever we can or to withdraw from people who only trust in lies. But if we pretend that we are impervious to these things, then we are betraying ourselves.”

Also these words from Alice Miller’s book “For Your Own Good: Hidden Cruelty in Child-Rearing and the Roots of Violence” in the chapter Unlived Anger could not be truer: “In October 1977 the philosopher Leszek Kolakowski was awarded the Prize of the German Booksellers' Association. In his acceptance speech, he spoke about hatred, with special reference to the event that was on many people’s minds at the time, the hijacking of a Lufthansa plane to Mogadishu.

Kolakowski said that time after time, there have been instances of people who are completely free of hatred and who therefore offer proof that it is possible to live without it. It is not surprising for a philosopher to talk like this if he identifies humanness with consciousness. But for someone who has been confronted with manifestations of unconscious psychic reality on a daily basis and who sees over and over again how serious the consequences of overlooking this reality are, it will no longer be a simple matter, of course, to divide people into those who are good or bad, loving or hate-filled. Such a person knows that moralizing concepts are less apt to uncover the truth than to conceal it. Hatred is a normal human feeling, and a feeling has never killed anyone. Is there a more appropriate reaction than anger or even hatred in response to the abuse of children, the rape of women, the torture of the innocent---especially if the perpetrator’s motives remain hidden? A person who has had the good fortune from the beginning to be allowed to react to frustration with rage will internalize his empathetic parents and will later be able to deal with all his feelings, including hatred, without the need for analysis. I don’t know if such people exist; I have never met one. What I have seen are people who did not acknowledge their hatred but delegated it to others without meaning to and without even knowing they were doing it. Under certain circumstances, they developed a severe obsessional neurosis accompanied by destructive fantasies, or, if this did not occur, their children had the neurosis. Often, they were treated for years for physical illness that was really psychic in origin. Some suffered from severe depression. But as soon as it became possible for them to experience their early childhood hatred in analysis, their symptoms disappeared, and with them the fear that their feelings of hatred might cause someone harm. It is not experienced hatred that leads to acts of violence and destructiveness, but hatred that must be warded off and bottled up with the aid of ideology, a situation that can be examined in detail in the case of Adolf Hitler. Every experienced feeling gives way in time to another, and even the most extreme conscious hatred of one’s father will not lead a person to kill---to say nothing of destroying a whole people. But Hitler warded off his childhood feelings totally and destroyed human life because “Germany needed more Lebensraum,” because “the Jews were a menace to the world,” because he “wanted young people to be cruel so they could create something new”---the list of supposed reasons could go on and on."

Just as Alice Miller says in an answer to one of her readers about the Virginia Tech shooting. “The Virginia Tech story is a flight from its own history with the help of drugs. They only help to flee and not to see. I am so glad for you that you dared to feel.”

Bev Nason Sylvie, I know of several people where chemical imbalance is a factor. think all sides need to be explored

Sylvie Imelda Shene Yes, but a chemical imbalance is caused by the repressed emotions.

Donald Warner Parker exactly

Sylvie Imelda Shene Dear Alice Miller,

A few days ago, a friend of mine committed suicide.

Although my other close friends and I were devastated, none of us were overly surprised. She was a very troubled person and had been so for most of her adult life. She was deeply alone, and her personality was so damaged that she was unable to have a normal life. She was only 25 years of age.

When I told some of my other acquaintances that a friend of mine had killed herself, this was the most common answer:

“Ah, depression is such a nasty illness.”

I was absolutely aghast at such a lack of understanding.
'Depression'?! Is that all it boils down to? Was she not a person, with a life, and feelings, and needs, and especially UNMET needs? Are we going to simply call it 'depression' and shrug it off?! When the reasons why she was so miserable were so obvious and so deep?

I do not and will never believe that depression is an “illness”, like a cold, that an otherwise healthy person suddenly “gets”. The way people perceive depression nowadays is truly sickening, and I think that this whole “illness” concept is so popular because it lets people get away from their duties and responsibilities: you often hear things such as: “Ah, we did everything for her, but when depression strikes, there's little you can do”. Certainly not our fault, then. Certainly not her parent's. Certainly not anything's. What a load of rubbish.
Where has our humanity gone? Have we all lost our ability to empathize with people's pain and needs? Have we all become so hypnotized by the biochemical, psychiatric terms that dominate psychology today that we have learned to ignore the reality of the person's emotions and the more glaring signs?

The truth is that none of us wants to face the reality of our pain and our failures, grieve, and start over. Because it's long, it's complicated, and it hurts. It's much quicker and easier to blame an inanimate molecule and call it “chemical imbalance”. Yeah, sure! But even so, how did your brain get in that kind of mess? By chance perhaps?! I doubt it. This whole line of reasoning is a gross, disrespectful and tactless disregard for the pain and terror that victims suffered. If we are so blind to these feelings in other people (and ourselves!), none of the heinous crimes that I hear about daily will surprise me again.

To sum up, people can think what they want. But after all the pain I witnessed in my friend, the loneliness, the tales of abandonment and alienation, I WILL NOT HAVE ANYBODY SAY THAT MY FRIEND COMMITTED SUICIDE BECAUSE SHE HAD A CHEMICAL IMBALANCE. I will not tolerate anybody who thinks this, and I will always fight this cowardly view.
It would be like if I shot them with a gun, and said that the fault of their injury is not mine, it's the bullets.

Sincerely,

D.A.

(PS I give you permission to publish this if you desire.)

AM: You are absolutely right, and I can understand how you feel. We are publishing´your letter, it may encourage others to trust their feelings, which they were forced to ignore very early and which they still ignore even if they could be free to no longer ignore them.

Donald Warner Parker "No subject is more misunderstood, even today, than suicide. It remains one of the last taboos. This post is extremely difficult for me to write in certain ways. I have experienced very bad depression in my life and, while I never attempted suicide, I went through periods when I often thought about it. Sometimes, I would share those feelings with friends. (I would always discuss them with a therapist if I was seeing one, but I'm not talking about professionals in what follows.) Almost every time I discussed my suicidal thoughts with friends, it turned out to be a disastrous mistake."

"And that is the most important, the absolutely crucial point: suicide is the only possible way to express the true self--at the expense of life itself. Most people do not grasp this at all." -- Arthur Silber

We Live in a World of Lies

Donald Warner Parker Facebook post:

Yes, it's very sad, society has become so fake that speaking the truth is controversial and people try to destroy you in order to keep their own repression intact and go on with their lies and illusions as usual. Just like I wrote in my book A Dance to Freedom: your Guide to Liberation from Lies and Illusions: "I’ve removed all the barriers of false morality and am totally free to experience all my feelings, take them seriously and decide whom, if anyone, to share them with. I’ve faced my past and can deal with my present circumstances in the context of growing awareness instead of childhood fears. These words by Alice Miller express how I exactly feel: “If I allow myself to feel what pains or gladdens me, what annoys or enrages me, and why this is the case, if I know what I need and what I do not want at all costs, I will know myself well enough to love my life and find it interesting, regardless of age or social status. … I will know that I have lived my own, true life.”81 It really is a powerful feeling, and you’re likely to find yourself possessing a power that will be threatening to a lot of people. Society is on the side of the status quo, so be prepared. As Alice Miller writes in Free from Lies, going against the parents “is a source of major alarm for others … They will sometimes mobilize all the forces at their command to discredit the former victim and thus keep their own repression intact.”82 Page 172 and 173
81 Free from Lies, p.41
82 Ibid., p. 30.

And this is why the sociopaths at my last job mobilized all the forces at their command to destroy me and discredit me, but by trying to destroy me, they just gave proof and more evidence to what I write in my book is true!

Mass Shootings: We are all responsible

It’s very annoying to listen to all the talking heads discussing the mental health of the gunman, but no one is discussing the collective mental health of our society that produces and breeds disturbed young people who hurt themselves, others, or both. Of course, questioning society would require all of us to look in the mirror, and who wants to do that!? That’s why some people at my last job attempted to murder my soul. Before reading my book, they liked me because they only saw their own false images reflected back at them, but after reading my book, they saw their true image, and they didn't like their own reflections! They thought that if they destroyed me, they could get rid of the mirror and go on with their facades, false images, lies, and illusions as usual.

When society is going to wake up to the fact that, in the long run, medication doesn't help people resolve childhood repression, but actually, in the long run, makes it worse. Just as Alice Miller wrote in an answer to one of her readers about the Virginia Tech shooting: “The Virginia Tech story is a flight from one's own history with the help of drugs. They only help to flee and not to see. I am so glad for you that you dared to feel.”

Usually, you don’t find a true enlightened witness within the so-called “mental health professionals”; in most cases, they are the most repressed people I know, hiding behind their degrees, seductive theories and illusions, deceiving themselves and others, and aggravating their patients' conditions, contributing to these extreme acts of violence to continue endlessly.

“I’ve touched on this a lot in this chapter and elsewhere in this book, particularly in the section about Dr. Julio Machado Vaz — the psychologist who used me for sex — but I really want to reinforce the idea that so-called therapists and gurus only substitute one dangerous illusion for another. As Alice Miller writes, “What can happen when a doctor doesn’t stop at self-deception in his flight from pain, but deceives his patients, even founding dogmatic institutions in which further ‘helpers’ are recruited to a faith advertised as scientific ‘truth,’ can be catastrophic.”

Bill Moyers' Post on Facebook About Today's Shooting

Bill MoyersThis list keeps growing. How many more before our leaders act?
School Shootings in America Since Sandy Hook

Sylvie Imelda Shene I sent you my book with a letter that I published on my blog as an open letter to the media. My book can help people understand their emotions in the right context and prevent them from being driven by their emotions to hurt themselves, others or both, but I never heard from you. In my book, I show people how I liberated myself from my childhood repression and no longer be in danger of hurting myself or anyone else, even when betrayed in the present moment and targeted by a mob of sociopaths like I just was recently in my last job of nine and half years. The fight against guns is just a symbolic fight, taking guns away might prevent mass shootings, but does not resolve the root cause of why some people become violent and will find other ways to hurt themselves, others or both, but the public just pay attention when is an extreme act of violence. The sociopaths at my last job didn't hurt me or kill me physically, but the psychological violence I suffered is just as bad, but no one cares because their violence is just emotional and psychological, but they are just as criminals as this gunman.

Oregon: Another Mass Shooting, Another Psychiatric Drug? 35 School Shootings/Mass Stabbings Tied to Psychiatric Drugs

His biggest mistake was to go see a psychiatric doctor. He should have read my book instead and Maybe would have saved his psyche and prevented him from committing mass murder. Maybe instead of gun control what we need more is psychiatric drug control.
"The recently released research reveals that 15 to 24-year-olds taking antidepressants were nearly 50% more likely to be convicted of a violent crime such as homicide, assault, arson, robbery, kidnapping and sexual assault offenses when taking antidepressants than when they were not. Given that at least 35 school shootings and/or school associated acts of violence (which includes guns, knives, and swords) with 169 wounded and 79 killed have been committed by students and others taking or withdrawing from psychiatric drugs, consideration of this connection can no longer be ignored."

The Roots of Violence are NOT Unknown

The misled brain and the banned emotions

The Facts:
1. The development of the human brain is use-dependent. The brain develops its structure in the first four years of life, depending on the experiences the environment offers the child. The brain of a child who has mostly loving experiences will develop differently from the brain of a child who has been treated cruelly.
2. Almost all children on our planet are beaten in the first years of their lives. They learn from the start violence, and this lesson is wired into their developing brains. No child is ever born violent. Violence is NOT genetic, it exists because beaten children use, in their adult lives, the lesson that their brains have learned.
3. As beaten children are not allowed to defend themselves, they must suppress their anger and rage against their parents who have humiliated them, killed their inborn empathy, and insulted their dignity. They will take out this rage later, as adults, on scapegoats, mostly on their own children. Deprived of empathy, some of them will direct their anger against themselves (in eating disorders, drug addiction, depression etc.), or against other adults (in wars, terrorism, delinquency etc.)
Questions and Answers:
Q: Parents beat their children without a second thought, to make them obedient. Nobody, except a very small minority, protests against this dangerous habit. Why is the logical sequence (from being a misled victim to becoming a misleading perpetrator) totally ignored world-wide? Why have even the Popes, responsible for the moral behaviour of many millions of believers, until now never informed them that beating children is a crime?
A: Because almost ALL of us were beaten, and we had to learn very early that these cruel acts were normal, harmless, and even good for us. Nobody ever told us that they were crimes against humanity. The wrong, immoral, and absurd lesson was wired into our developing brains, and this explains the emotional blindness governing our world.
Q: Can we free ourselves from the emotional blindness we developed in childhood?
A: We can - at least to some degree - liberate ourselves from this blindness by daring to feel our repressed emotions, including our fear and forbidden rage against our parents who had often scared us to death for periods of many years, which should have been the most beautiful years of our lives. We can't retrieve those years. But thanks to facing our truth we can transform ourselves from the children who still live in us full of fear and denial into responsible, well informed adults who regained their empathy, so early stolen from them. By becoming feeling persons we can no longer deny that beating children is a criminal act that should be forbidden on the whole planet.
Conclusion:
Caring for the emotional needs of our children means more than giving them a happy childhood. It means to enable the brains of the future adults to function in a healthy, rational way, free from perversion and madness. Being forced to learn in childhood that hitting children is a blessing for them is a most absurd, confusing lesson, one with the most dangerous consequences: This lesson as such, together with being cut off from the true emotions, creates the roots of violence. The World is in a Real Serious Trouble

Super-rich are in a conspiracy to rule the world - G. Edward Griffin - 2007

Donald Warner Parker: The Quigley Formula – G. Edward Griffin lecture.
Sylvie Imelda Shene: The world is in serious trouble!
Donald Warner Parker:  That is right, and you explain exactly why in your book:
"I believe the idealization of one's own parents and childhood is a major obstacle to the betterment of society. Because so many believe their parents are infallible, they easily follow authority figures who cast themselves as mother or father figures—disguised as educators, healers, cult leaders, therapists, gurus, or government officials.
We become vulnerable when we refuse to face the truth about those who raised us. A 'false self' makes a person an easy target for exploitation, threatening both the individual and society. Our salvation lies in being true to ourselves; we need people who can challenge power, starting in their own homes. Alice Miller describes such individuals as those who were either certain of their parents' love (even when they disappointed expectations) or those who later learned—perhaps through analysis—to risk the loss of love to regain their true selves. Miller notes that these people so appreciate their freedom from tyranny that they refuse to relinquish it at any price.
When we idealize our childhoods, we mirror our abusers and perpetuate a vicious cycle, clinging to the false hope of eventually gaining acceptance from our parents or their symbolic substitutes. This idealization is physically and emotionally dangerous. Miller argues that the body remembers the cruelty we endured, even if we cannot consciously process it. She writes, 'As long as we are compelled to protect our parents, we pay our loyalty with our depressions.' Only by acknowledging the pain of the neglected child can we begin to truly love ourselves."
Shene continues, referencing For Your Own Good:
"If a person’s childhood tragedy remains hidden behind idealizations, the truth asserts itself through 'repetition compulsion.' People unconsciously create relationships where they torment or are tormented. Because 'disciplining' children is socially accepted, it becomes the primary outlet for bottled-up aggression. This is how the cycle has continued throughout human history."

Sylvie Imelda Shene: Thank you, Donald. This is exactly why I lost my job: those in power felt threatened by the truths in my book. I believe the property manager feared her adult children would read it and see her for who she truly is. She orchestrated a "psychological lynching" to stop me, hoping to keep her children in the dark.
Many people try to suppress my work because they are abusers masquerading as "good people"—wolves in sheep’s clothing. They hope my book never sees the light of day because they will destroy anyone who exposes their conspiracies.
Recently, I reviewed the emails from my last job during that period of harassment. They treated me like a criminal, hoping I would react like one. Even after barring me from the property to pick up my laptop, they failed to remove my administrator access. I could have caused significant damage, but I only logged in to contact a homeowner whose home I was caring for and let him know what was happening.
When I realized I still had access a week later, I grew concerned that I would be blamed for any system errors. I alerted the residents on my mailing list that the Security Company, property manager, and board had compromised their personal information. In response, they emailed the residents, calling me a liar.
If the leaders of a small community of 160 homes lie like this, imagine the conspiracies major governments use to keep the public in the dark.
I recently sent a message to the property manager: The only people lying were you and the board. You are only fooling yourself. I never trusted you because I’ve learned never to trust someone whose childhood is a taboo subject. I knew you would stab me in the back. You used a smear campaign because cowards always get others to do their dirty work. (And you could have at least spelled my name correctly!)
These quotes describe her perfectly. As I wrote in my blog on March 17, 2015, regarding narcissists: This manager was jealous and manipulative. When I created an efficient package procedure to replace her abusive one, she tried to "compliment" me. I ignored her. I knew her "compliment" was just a way to see how else she could undermine me. She has everyone else fooled, but she never fooled me from day one; I knew I could not trust her.
A Message from the Board
 February 24, 2015
We understand you may have received an unsolicited, defamatory email from Sylvie Sheen making various false accusations against the Board, Pxx Pxxx, and others. As we previously informed you, Security Company, which has the contract to provide security services to the Association, exercised its contractual rights to replace Ms. Sheen. No one mentioned in Ms. Sheen’s false accusations was involved with the Security Company’s decision, and none of the accusations Ms. Sheen makes against them are true. We find it unfortunate that Ms. Sheen is sending such emails, but we believe it is prudent to respond and let you know that the accusations are false and to further advise you that the Security Company has assured the Board that all your personal information is secure.

Subject: Important information you all should know

Hi everyone,

I would like to make some of you aware that Pxx Pxxx, the current board, and the Security company are putting your personal information at risk of being stolen.  And this is grounds to fire the Security company, Pxx Pxxx, and to force the present board to resign.

I was treated like a criminal by not even being allowed into the gate to retrieve my personal belongings, but they are the criminals' ones, and they have hired a new guy to take my place, who is not honest. In the 9 and half years that I worked there, I never had anything disappear from the gatehouse, but since the new guy M B started working there add things started to happen, like the camera would not be on when I arrived in the morning and the computer with the residents personal information, would not be connected to the internet, so when the residents entered new guests to their admit list for the day, would not show up at my end and when their guests arrived, I had to call the resident and the resident would inform me that they had entered the guest themselves into their admit list, so I would have to spent about an hour in the morning trying to figure out why it was not showing up on my end and I would find the cable cords disconnected.  I believe M B was sabotaging me by disconnecting the computers' cables.  And the cordless mouse from the new camera disappeared from the gatehouse, and the mouse they are using now is my personal mouse that I like to get back. Also, the cable extension for the water cooler and the new, unnecessary computer Mr. K bought to log in packages are mine, and I'd like to get them back.

Anyway, I'm writing because your personal information has been put at risk. Physically, I am not allowed in the gatehouse, but if I wanted to hurt people, I could do it remotely from my own computer because the Security company and this board didn’t take me off as the administrator,r and I can still access all residents' personal information from any computer in the world.

I am a stable person and I will not use my access to residents’ information to do harm, but the next person the Security company and Sxxxxxxxx board fires unjustly might not be as stable as me and retaliate by deleting all the residents information, that by the way, data I entered into the computer, because as some of you know, when I started working there that gatehouse was still in the past century with a Rolodex

Pxx Pxxx, the security company, and this board’s actions are careless and dangerous because the injustice done to the wrong person could have put all your data in danger by having your information deleted from the gatehouse computer, or worse, sold to a third party, causing you all much harm.

A security company that is not protecting the client at all, but is actually putting the client in danger by firing honest people and hiring dishonest ones.

They are threatened by authentic, honest people and feel more comfortable with crooks like them.

The local office of the security company is being run by crooks, so be aware.

I thought you all should know this important information,

Sylvie

P.S I only shared this information with the residents on my e-mailing list, but feel free to share it with other residents at Sxxxxxxxx, because they all should be aware that their personal information has been compromised by the careless people that were driven by the dead hand of their own repression to make me their scapegoat and could have put all of your data in harm’s way, because the next person they harm might not be as understanding why people do what they do and retaliate.

The media and most journalists are blocking the real truth from the public, and most only report seductive lies, misleading information, half-truths, or disconnected stories for propaganda and pure sensationalism, manipulating the masses and keeping them distracted from the real truth and facts. Nothing ever is what it seems!!! The audio below of an ex-journalist confessing his lies is in English.

She recruited a team of flying monkeys, taking turns doing her dirty work, and she got the new guy and the security company to finish the job she started. This is how cowards work! We all know who the real culprit is!? The property manager!!!
Yes, she wanted to discredit me and reduce me to an inferior being to less than nothing.
The quote above also describes the property manager at my last job to a tooth! She didn't like it that I stood up to her. She accused me of things she had been doing for the 30-plus years she had been working there. Totally okay for her to do, but how dear of me to do it too. Her hypocrisy was epic.
Yep! This was one of the big reasons I was targeted by the sociopath who was the property manager at my last job, because I am a truly happy and free person, but she was not able to destroy me, and she didn't walk away wearing my skin. But instead, her true self was revealed.

Reading the words in the article What Really Makes Narcissists Tickthe property manager at my last job come to mind, she got so jealous and envious of my success of publishing my book, that she had to do everything in her power to try to destroy me to transfer her bad feelings into me, so she could feel better and superior again, but she was not able to and I'm sure she is suffering from depression like never before and probably taking medication.

“The characteristic subjective experience of narcissistic individuals is a sense of inner emptiness and meaninglessness that requires recurrent infusions of external confirmation of their importance and value. . . . When the environment fails to provide such evidence, narcissistic individuals feel depressed, ashamed, and envious of those who succeed in attaining the supplies that they lack.”
Yes, they are still living the lie, and they will try to destroy anyone who tells the truth and tries to expose the facts and evidence. Yes, I am staying free!!!
Totally! This is exactly what happened to some people at my last job, which lasted 9.5 years. I was aware of what they were doing the whole time!!! They didn't fool me; they were only fooling themselves!

The other day, someone found my blog with the keyword "tackleberry bandit az", so out of curiosity, I googled the keyword, and I found the FBI's wanted poster of my ex-boss, a middle-aged white man, and an ex-sheriff! They treated me like a criminal, and they accused me of making threats, but look who the criminal is and going around making threats to kill people if they didn't comply with his commands! If it were me, the little woman to commit a crime, my name and face would have been splashed all over the news stations! But now everyone is silent, and no one cares that these criminals with their projections and lies -- I lost my job and more than half of my income  -- AND they could have destroyed my life completely. There is no humanity! Most people are all fake and pretenders -- acting as if personality, pretending to be good people -- but are wolves in sheep's clothing. I'm done with humanity! Read more in the link below about how I found out my ex-boss was a bank robber and killed himself exactly a year later, which by coincidence was my birthday.
